Currently we are offering FREE shipping for all items in Canada. For outside of Canada, please contact us to get a shipping quote via email - email@example.com. Please note that we do not ship to YT, NT, NU Territories. Additional shipping fee may apply to remote locations and rural areas such as the following provinces and postal codes: NL, AOK, AOP, A0Q, A0R and X0A-Y9Z. We also do not deliver to P O Box.
We email a tracking code to buyers as soon as item is shipped which is generally within 2 days of the purchase once payment has been cleared and verified. Items can be tracked easily once the tracking code is received. Generally the item will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries.
Damaged on Delivery:If a package appears to be damaged on delivery, please write 'package damaged' when you sign for delivery and do let us know immediately via email in order for us to initiate a damage claim. We would initiate the damage claim with the shipping company to get you a replacement product if required. Though we do not take liability for loss, theft, damages during delivery, we do initiate damage claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Please note that shipping and handling does not include insurance.
Defective Item: If item is received defective, please do contact us immediately within 24 hours from receipt of the item via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange a replacement and also the return shipping cost. If a suitable replacement is not available, then a full refund will be issued.
Returns: Items returned within the 14 days return policy will be fully refunded. Please note the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
